1. Agreement
By submitting your order on ReelDealsClub (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize us to charge the payment method you provide in accordance with the offer details below. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
2. VIP Fishing Club Membership Offer
Your purchase enrolls you in the VIP Fishing Club Membership Program, a recurring subscription that provides exclusive member pricing, monthly tackle drops, giveaways, and access to members-only content.
- 10-Day Trial: You will receive a 10-day trial of the VIP Fishing Club beginning on the date of your initial order. During the trial, you pay only the shipping cost shown at checkout for your free gift.
- Recurring Membership Fee: If you do not cancel before the end of your 10-day trial, the payment method on file will be automatically charged $19.96 per month on the 11th day, and every 30 days thereafter, until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees, by contacting customer support at the email or phone number listed below. Cancelling stops all future charges; the trial period and any free gift are yours to keep.
3. Billing Authorization
By completing checkout, you expressly authorize ReelDealsClub (and its payment processor) to charge your payment method for: (a) the shipping and handling on your initial order, (b) any one-time upsell items you elected to add, and (c) the recurring $19.96 monthly VIP Fishing Club membership fee beginning at the conclusion of your 10-day trial. All charges will appear on your statement as "ReelDealsClub" or a similar descriptor.
4. Refund & Return Policy
- Free Gift & Shipping: The shipping fee for the promotional free gift is non-refundable once the item has shipped.
- Upsell & Add-On Products: Physical add-on products may be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less original shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact support for an RMA before returning.
- VIP Membership Charges: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery generally takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Sweepstakes & Promotional Claims
"Everyone wins" promotions guarantee a free promotional gift only and do not guarantee any specific high-value prize. No purchase is necessary to enter any sweepstakes. Membership in the VIP Fishing Club is a separate paid program and is not a prize.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to place an order or enroll in the VIP Fishing Club.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelDealsClub's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or membership shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or VIP Fishing Club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
